The role of a salesperson includes being responsible for the store's daily operations, performing certain preliminary measurements before the examination, and making minor adjustments to glasses. One of your primary tasks will be to assist customers in the store, particularly when choosing frames. In this role, you will also act as the right hand of the store manager, meaning you will be responsible for the store's daily operations when the store manager is not present.

We believe that you, as an applicant, are a driven salesperson who is passionate about service and customer interaction. You have experience in the service industry, preferably from retail. It is an advantage if you also have experience in the optics industry, but it is not a requirement. Like your colleagues, you are positive, service-oriented, and quality-conscious. Since you act as the right hand of the store manager, we also believe that you are interested in leadership and see yourself as a future store manager. To provide the best possible service to customers, we believe you are also attentive to their wishes while daring to take your own initiatives. We also believe that you are engaged, proactive, and act commercially in all situations.

The position is a permanent employment at 80% where we would like you to start your introduction and training as soon as possible. Working hours are scheduled during daytime, evenings, and weekends.
